Follow these easy steps to get your Samsung MW640WA Oven up and running in no time.
Unpack your microwave oven and check to make sure that you have all the parts including the microwave oven itself, the glass tray, the roller guide ring, and the instruction manual.
Place the oven on a flat, sturdy surface and ensure that it is stable. The surface should be able to support the weight of the oven and any items you may place inside it.
Make sure there is adequate ventilation for your oven by leaving at least four inches of space behind, above, and to the sides of the oven.
Plug the cord into a properly grounded outlet. The oven should be the only appliance on the circuit to prevent overloading.
Place the pre-assembled ring in the indentation in the center of the oven. Then, place the glass tray on top of the ring so that the three glass tabs in the center of the tray fit securely into the tabs on the floor of the oven.
Open the oven door by pressing the button below the control panel and wipe the inside of the oven with a damp cloth.
Press the Clock button. Use the Number buttons to enter the current time. Press Clock again to set the time.
Familiarize yourself with the power level settings. The Power Level button allows you to adjust the cooking power. Press the button repeatedly to select the desired power level.
Read all safety instructions before using the appliance. This includes not operating the oven with the door open and ensuring the appliance is grounded.
