Place the oven on a flat, sturdy surface and ensure it is stable. Plug the cord into a properly grounded outlet. Make sure there is adequate ventilation by leaving at least four inches of space behind, above, and to the sides of the oven.
Open the oven door and wipe the inside with a damp cloth to remove any dust or residues from manufacturing.
Place the pre-assembled ring in the indentation in the center of the oven. Next, place the glass tray on top of the ring, ensuring the three glass tabs in the center of the tray fit securely into the tabs on the oven floor.
Press the Clock button on the control panel. Use the Number buttons to enter the current time. You must enter at least three numbers to set the clock. For example, if the current time is 5:00, enter 5, 0, 0. Press the Clock button again to finalize the time setting.
