1. Preparation
Ensure that the installation site for the Zanussi refrigerator is well-ventilated, with enough space for the specified external dimensions. The site should be free from any obstructions that could hinder air flow or accessibility.
2. Electrical Connection
Connect the refrigerator to a power supply of 230V, 1N, 50Hz. Ensure that the electrical connection meets local regulations and is performed by a qualified electrician.
3. Refrigeration Unit Setup
The refrigerator can be connected to a refrigeration unit installed directly on the wall of the cold room or to a remote unit. Ensure proper connection of the pre-fitted and insulated pipes between the evaporator and condensing unit using the fast connectors provided.
4. Assembly
Assemble the wall panels and ceiling panels using the twin hook fasteners. Ensure perfect alignment and grip of all components. No additional sealing is required as the PVC gaskets are foamed in place for airtight fitting.
5. Internal Setup
Install any optional shelving or accessories such as the plastic curtain for door clearance if necessary. Ensure the door is equipped with the lock and internal safety release. Adjust the internal lighting and temperature control via the control panel.
6. Safety Check
Make sure the door's safety release mechanism is functioning correctly to prevent entrapment. Ensure the handles and locks operate smoothly.
7. Final Inspection
Perform a final inspection to ensure that all panels are securely fastened and that the refrigeration and electrical connections are properly made. Check the control panel for correct operation of the ON/OFF switch, lighting, and temperature settings.
