Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your AEG Dishwasher.
Regular Inspection
Ensure regular inspection of the water inlet and drain hose for any signs of damage. If there are visible cracks or leaks, replace the hoses immediately to prevent water damage.
Cleaning the Exterior
Clean the outside surfaces of the appliance using a mild, non-abrasive household cleaning product. After cleaning, wipe away any remaining traces of the cleaning product with a damp cloth.
Proper Loading
Make sure to load dishes in a way that does not obstruct the spray arms. Avoid overloading the dishwasher to ensure effective cleaning and prevent mechanical issues.
Water Safety System
The dishwasher has a water safety system to prevent water from going back to the fresh water system. Ensure that the safety features are functioning properly to avoid water-related issues.
Rinse Aid and Salt Levels
Regularly check and refill the rinse aid and salt container as required. This helps in preventing lime deposits and ensures the machine operates efficiently.
