Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Hoover Vacuum Cleaner.
Identify Your Cleaner
Always identify your cleaner by the complete model number when requesting information or ordering parts. The model number appears on the bottom of the cleaner.
Store Properly
Store the vacuum cleaner in a dry place. Do not expose the machine to freezing temperatures.
Avoid Electrical Hazards
Ensure the appliance is properly grounded and keep the cord away from heated surfaces. Do not use with a damaged cord or plug.
Routine Cleaning
To clean the outside of the machine, wipe off dirt with a cloth dampened in warm water and mild detergent. Do not use solvent or petroleum-based products.
Avoid Overloading
Avoid picking up hard, sharp objects with the deep cleaner as they may damage the machine.
