Refrigerator may not be resting solidly on the floor or the floor is weak or uneven.

Adjust front roller screws or leveling legs, or move dishes on shelves to reduce vibration.

Normal air flow cooling motor, it is normal that heat be expelled in the area under the refrigerator.
