Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Maintain Clean Sealing Surfaces
To ensure the oven door seals properly, keep the door and sealing surfaces clean. After each use, wipe them first with a damp cloth and then with a soft, dry cloth to prevent food or cleaner residues from accumulating.
Ensure Proper Door Functionality
Do not operate the oven if the door, door seals, sealing surfaces, or hinges are damaged. It's crucial that the door closes properly to maintain safety.
Avoid Unqualified Repairs
Only a qualified microwave service technician trained by the manufacturer should adjust or repair the oven. This ensures that safety standards are maintained and helps prevent exposure to microwave energy.
Prevent Overheating
If the 'E3' error message activates, indicating potential overheating, press the 'Stop/Cancel' key to enter initialization mode. If the problem persists, contact Samsung customer service.
Locate Away from Electronics
Install the oven away from televisions, radios, and aerials to prevent interference with the oven’s microprocessor, which may cause the display to reset.
