Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Unplug When Faulty
If the oven is faulty or you're unsure of its condition, unplug it immediately and contact the nearest Samsung after-sales service center.
Store Properly
Store the oven in a dry, dust-free place to prevent adverse effects on its working parts.
Common Issues
Condensation inside the oven, airflow around the door and casing, light reflection, and steam escaping are normal occurrences.
Check Cooking Settings
Ensure you have correctly set the timer and pressed the Start button. Make sure the door is properly closed if the food is not cooking.
Clean Sealing Surfaces
Ensure no objects or residues accumulate on sealing surfaces. Clean the door and sealing surfaces after use with a damp cloth followed by a dry cloth.
