Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Clean Door and Sealing Surfaces
Ensure that the door and door sealing surfaces are kept clean by wiping after use first with a damp cloth and then with a soft dry cloth. Do not place any object between the oven door and front face or allow food or cleaner residues to accumulate on sealing surfaces.
Inspect for Damage
Do not operate the oven if it is damaged. It is particularly important that the oven door closes properly and that there is no damage to the door, door hinges, door seals, and sealing surfaces. If damaged, have it repaired by a qualified microwave service technician trained by the manufacturer.
Qualified Repairs Only
The oven should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone other than a properly qualified microwave service technician trained by the manufacturer.
Avoid Using Harsh Cleaners
DO NOT use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door glass since they can scratch the surface, which may result in shattering of the glass.
Avoid Operating with Damaged Power Cable
Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged power cable or plug. Always ensure that the plug and power cord are not damaged before use.
