Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Ensure Door and Seals are in Good Condition
Regularly inspect the oven door, door seals, and sealing surfaces for any damage such as broken hinges, deteriorated seals, or distorted oven casing. If any damage is found, do not use the oven and contact a qualified microwave service technician for repairs.
Maintain Clean Door and Sealing Surfaces
Keep the door and door sealing surfaces clean by wiping them with a damp cloth followed by a soft dry cloth after each use. Ensure no food or cleaner residues accumulate on these surfaces as it may affect the oven's efficiency.
Avoid Operating with Damage
Do not operate the oven if it has any damage, especially to the door, door seals, hinges, or power cable. Ensure proper closure of the oven door before each use.
Regular Cleaning
Clean the inside of the oven regularly. Food particles or spattered oils can cause paint damage and reduce efficiency. Use a mild detergent solution for cleaning and ensure the oven is cool before starting the cleaning process.
Prevent Overheating
Use oven gloves when handling dishes inside the oven, as they will be hot. Ensure the heating element is in the correct position and use only microwave-safe and oven-proof dishes during combined cooking modes.
