Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Regular Cleaning
Clean the inside and outside surfaces, door, and door seals regularly to prevent grease and food particles from building up. Use a damp cloth followed by a soft dry cloth to wipe the surfaces clean.
Door Seal Maintenance
Ensure that the door seals are free of food particles and that the door closes properly. Accumulation of particles can prevent the door from sealing correctly, leading to potential hazards.
Avoid Damage to Door or Seals
Never operate the oven if the door is damaged or if the door seals and sealing surfaces are not in a good condition. Ensure there is no damage to the door, the door hinges, or the door seals.
Proper Storage
If storing the oven, choose a dry and dust-free location, as dust and dampness may adversely affect the working parts.
No External Modifications
Do not attempt to operate the oven with the door open or tamper with the safety interlocks. Only a qualified microwave service technician should adjust or repair the oven.
