Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Regular Cleaning
Clean the inside and outside surfaces, door, and door seals regularly using a soft cloth and warm, soapy water to prevent grease and food particles from building up.
Air Filter Maintenance
Remove the bolt at both ends of the Air Filter, lift it off carefully, and wash it in warm soapy water. Replace the Air Filter before using the oven to prevent overheating problems.
Check for Obstructions
Ensure inlet and discharge areas are free from obstructions to avoid intermittent operation of the oven.
Inspect Door and Seals
Ensure the oven door closes properly and is not damaged. Pay attention to the door, hinges, latches, and seals. If damaged, contact an authorized service center.
Avoid Unauthorized Repairs
Do not attempt to repair the oven yourself. Contact a qualified microwave service technician for repairs to avoid exposure to dangerous voltage.
