Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Regular Cleaning
Ensure the inside of the oven is cleaned regularly. Wipe up all spills with a damp cloth. Use a mild detergent if necessary, but avoid harsh detergents or abrasives to prevent damage to the surface.
Cleaning the Air Filter
Regularly clean the Air Filter to avoid it becoming clogged with dust. This ensures the oven operates efficiently without overheating.
Check Door Seals
Inspect the door and door seals regularly to ensure they are not damaged. Clean the sealing surfaces to prevent any residue from accumulating, which could prevent proper door closure.
Avoid Operating When Empty
Do not operate the microwave oven when it is empty. It may cause the oven to overheat and shut down for safety reasons. Always keep a glass of water inside when not in use to absorb any accidental microwave energy.
Proper Installation
Install the oven with the clearances stated in the manual to ensure proper ventilation and prevent overheating.
