Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Regular Cleaning
Clean your oven regularly to prevent grease and food particles from building up, especially on inside and outside surfaces, door and door seals. Use a damp cloth first, followed by a soft dry cloth. Avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers.
Avoiding Damage
Do not operate the oven if it is damaged in any way. Ensure that the door closes properly and check for any damage to the door, door hinges, seals, and sealing surfaces. If any issues are found, contact a qualified microwave service technician.
Safe Usage
Never attempt to operate the oven with the door open or tamper with the safety interlocks. Do not place any object between the oven door and front face or allow food or cleaner residues to accumulate on sealing surfaces.
Children's Safety
Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance. When the oven is in use, it becomes hot, and care should be taken to avoid touching heating elements inside the oven.
Power Safety
Do not immerse the power cable or plug in water and keep the power cable away from heated surfaces. Do not operate the appliance if it has a damaged power cable or plug.
