Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Proper Installation
Install the Samsung G2618C oven away from televisions, radios, and aerials to prevent interference. Ensure there is adequate ventilation by leaving at least 10 cm (4 inches) of space behind and on the sides of the oven, and 20 cm (8 inches) above.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Keep the oven clean by wiping the interior with a damp cloth followed by a soft dry cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive products or chemical solvents. Pay special attention to the door seals to ensure no particles accumulate, preventing the door from closing properly.
Avoiding Damage
Do not attempt to operate the oven with the door open or tamper with the safety interlocks. Ensure the door and sealing surfaces are free from food residues or cleaner residues.
Handling and Repairs
If the oven is damaged, do not operate it until repaired by a qualified microwave service technician trained by the manufacturer. Do not remove the outer casing of the oven.
Safety Precautions
Do not store flammable materials in the oven. Remove wire twist ties from paper or plastic bags, and do not use the oven to dry newspapers. If smoke is observed, keep the oven door closed and disconnect it from the power supply.
