Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Keep the Door and Sealing Surfaces Clean
Ensure that the door and door sealing surfaces are kept clean by wiping them after use first with a damp cloth and then with a soft dry cloth. This prevents food or cleaner residues from accumulating and ensures the door closes properly.
Avoid Operating a Damaged Oven
Do not operate the oven if it is damaged. Check that the door, door seals, and sealing surfaces are intact. If the door or hinges are broken or if the power cable is damaged, have the oven repaired by a qualified service technician.
Prevent Fires by Proper Use
To reduce the risk of fire, do not store flammable materials in the oven or use it to dry newspapers. Remove wire twist ties from paper or plastic bags before placing them in the oven. If smoke is observed, keep the oven door closed and disconnect the power supply.
Store the Oven Properly
If storing the oven temporarily, choose a dry, dust-free place to prevent dust and dampness from affecting the working parts of the oven.
Regular Cleaning
Clean the inside and outside surfaces of the oven regularly to prevent grease and food particles from building up. Pay special attention to the door seals, turntable, and roller rings.
