Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Check Power Supply
Ensure the oven is plugged into an appropriate wall socket and that any extension cable used is of the same standard as the power cable supplied with the oven.
Avoid Microwave Damage
Do not operate the microwave oven without the roller ring and turntable. Never switch the microwave oven on when it is empty.
Prevent Door and Seal Damage
Ensure that the door, door seals, and sealing surfaces are kept clean by wiping after use with a damp cloth and then with a soft dry cloth. Make sure there is no accumulation of food or cleaner residues that might prevent the door from closing correctly.
Regular Cleaning
Clean the inside and outside surfaces, door and door seals, turntable and roller rings regularly to prevent grease and food particles from building up.
Proper Ventilation
Ensure adequate ventilation for your oven by leaving at least 10 cm (4 inches) of space behind, on the sides of the oven, and 20 cm (8 inches) above.
