Power goes off before set time elapses

The appliance loses power unexpectedly before the cooking time is completed. If there has not been a power outage, remove the plug from the outlet, wait ten seconds, then plug it in again. If there was a power outage, the time indicator will display 'SAMSUNG SO SIMPLE'. Reset the clock and any cooking instructions. Reset the circuit breaker or replace any blown fuse.

Demo Mode On/Off

The display shows 'DEMO MODE ON/OFF'. This mode is used for demonstration purposes and does not heat food. Press the My Choice button once to select ON, and press again to select OFF. Press the Start button. The display returns to the time of day. To turn demo mode off, repeat the steps.

Display does not operate

Neither the oven’s display nor the oven operate. Properly insert the plug into a grounded outlet. If the outlet is controlled by a wall switch, ensure the wall switch is turned on. Remove the plug from the outlet, wait ten seconds, then plug it in again. Reset the circuit breaker or replace any blown fuse. Plug another appliance into the outlet; if the other appliance doesn’t work, have a qualified electrician repair the outlet.
