Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Operate with Door Closed
Do not attempt to operate the oven with the door open as it may result in harmful exposure to microwave energy. Ensure the door is always securely closed when in use.
Avoid Open-Door Operation
Never tamper with the safety interlocks or attempt to operate the oven when the door is open. This can lead to dangerous exposure to microwave energy.
Check for Door Damage
Regularly inspect the door and its components for any damage, such as dents or loose hinges, to ensure it closes properly and maintains a safe seal.
Regular Cleaning
Keep the inside of the oven clean by wiping food particles and spills immediately. This prevents inefficient operation and potential damage.
Proper Ventilation
Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the oven by leaving at least four inches of space behind, above, and to the sides of the appliance.
