Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Avoid Microwave Energy Exposure
Do not attempt to operate the oven with the door open, as this can lead to harmful exposure to microwave energy. Ensure that safety interlocks are not tampered with.
Regular Inspection
Inspect the oven regularly to ensure the door closes properly and there is no damage to the door, hinges, latches, seals, and sealing surfaces.
Authorized Repairs Only
Do not attempt to repair the oven yourself. There is dangerous voltage inside. Contact an authorized service center for repairs.
Prevent Accidental Operation
Leave a cup of water in the oven when it is not in use to prevent damage if the oven is accidentally turned on.
Proper Setup
Place the oven on a flat, sturdy surface and ensure it is plugged into a grounded outlet.
