Upon first use, you can choose between pounds (LBS) or kilograms (KG) for the weight system. Press '0' immediately after plugging in your microwave. If the display does not show 'Kg', unplug and plug it in again. Press '0' repeatedly to select your desired weight system and press the PAUSE/CANCEL button to confirm.

Display shows "Loc"

The microwave oven is locked and cannot be used. To unlock the microwave oven, repeat the process used to lock it.

Power goes off before the set time has elapsed

The microwave power shuts off unexpectedly, which could be due to a power outage or other issues. If a power outage has not occurred, remove the plug from the outlet, wait ten seconds, then plug it in again. If there was a power outage, reset the clock and any cooking instructions.

Oven display works, but power won’t come on

The microwave display is operational but the microwave does not start. Ensure the door is securely closed and check for any packing material or other obstructions stuck to the door seal.

Safety Precautions

To avoid exposure to excessive microwave energy, do not operate the oven with the door open, and do not tamper with safety interlocks. Leaving a cup of water inside when not in use can prevent accidental damage if the oven is unintentionally turned on.
