Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Ensure Proper Installation
Reset the circuit breaker or replace any blown fuse. Make sure the oven is placed properly in accordance with the installation guide to prevent electrical or operational issues.
Clean Regularly
Failure to maintain the oven in a clean condition could lead to deterioration of the surface that could adversely affect the life of the appliance and possibly result in a hazardous situation. Clean the inside of the cavity and the accessories regularly.
Avoid Using Harsh Cleaners
Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door glass as they can scratch the surface, which may result in shattering of the glass.
Monitor and Maintain the Water Tank
Do not expose the water tank or tray to direct sunlight to dry it. This can result in malformation or damage. Always fill the water tank with fresh water to the maximum level before using steam functions.
Handle Accessories with Care
Clean the accessories with a neutral detergent and dry them before inserting them back into the cooking cavity. Do not use force on the accessories when wiping them with a scrubber, as this may damage the coated surface.
