Troubleshooting

Filter Indicator Light

The filter indicator light activates when it is time to change the water filter cartridge. It serves as a reminder that the current cartridge needs to be replaced. To reset the indicator after replacing the cartridge, press the Ice Type button for 3 seconds. It is recommended to discard the first six glassfuls of water, or continue until the water flows clearly, after installing a new filter.

Blinking Digital Display

The digital display may blink if the freezer and refrigerator temperatures deviate from their normal settings. The blinking will cease when the temperatures return to normal. If the issue persists, unplug the refrigerator, wait for 9 minutes, and then plug it back in.

Power Freeze Function

This function speeds up the freezing process in the freezer. To activate, press the Power Freeze button. Press it again to return the freezer to its set temperature and cancel the Power Freeze mode.

Model and Serial Number Location

The model and serial numbers can be found on a label inside the refrigerator's cabinet on the left-hand side wall.

Control Panel Features

The control panel includes an Ice Type button to choose between Cubed, Crushed Ice, or Ice Off, and a Filter Change button that should be pressed for 3 seconds to change the filter.
