The refrigerator does not work at all or it does not chill sufficiently.

The power plug is not properly connected, the temperature control is not set to the correct temperature, or the refrigerator is in direct sunlight or too close to a heat source.

Check that the power plug is properly connected, set the temperature to a lower setting, and ensure the refrigerator is not exposed to direct sunlight or too close to a heat source.

Make sure Ice Type is set to Cubed or Crushed, check for any ice blockage, and set the freezer temperature lower.

This should pose no problem to operation.
