Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Vacuum Cleaner.
Regularly Check and Clean Filters
Ensure that all filters, including the HEPA filter, are regularly checked and cleaned. Replace the HEPA filter every six months. Cleaning the filters will maintain suction power and prevent the motor from overheating.
Empty Dust Bin Frequently
Do not allow the dust bin to become completely full. Empty it regularly to ensure optimal suction and performance. This prevents strain on the motor and maintains cleaning efficiency.
Use Vacuum Only on Dry Surfaces
This vacuum cleaner is designed for dry use only. Avoid using it on wet surfaces, as moisture can damage internal components and void the warranty.
Avoid Picking Up Hard or Sharp Objects
Do not vacuum hard or sharp objects, such as glass or metal fragments, as they can damage the unit and affect its performance.
Inspect the Power Cord
Regularly inspect the power cord for any signs of damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified service technician to prevent hazards.
