Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Vacuum Cleaner.
Regularly Clean the Dust Bin
To avoid reduced suction power, regularly empty the dust bin when it's filled. Use the Dust Removal button to empty the bin into a plastic bag, especially recommended for asthma or allergy sufferers.
Maintain Filters
Check and clean the dust filter and outlet filter regularly. If the filter check indicator turns red, it's time to clean the dust filter. Allow the filter to dry for at least 12 hours before reinstalling.
Handle with Care
Do not carry the vacuum cleaner by holding the hose, and avoid pressing the button of the dust bin handle when carrying the machine.
Avoid Overheating
Keep the vacuum cleaner away from heat sources like stoves, as heat can deform plastic parts. If the vacuum overheats, check and clean the dust pack.
Prevent Blockages
Regularly check for blockages in the telescopic pipe and remove waste clogging the tube to maintain optimal performance.
