Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Regular Cleaning
Keep the inside of the oven clean to ensure efficiency and prevent damage. Wipe up spills immediately using a damp cloth with mild soap. Regularly clean the turntable, roller ring, and oven floor to prevent accumulation of food particles and spattered oils.
Checking for Damage
Inspect the oven for any damages such as dents, broken door latches, cracks in the door, or misalignment. If you notice any damage, do not operate the oven and notify your dealer immediately.
Avoiding Repairs
Never attempt to repair, disassemble, or modify the oven yourself. High voltage inside the oven can be dangerous, so always contact a qualified service center for any repairs.
Proper Usage
Do not operate the oven if it's damaged, especially if the door does not close properly. Always ensure that no objects are placed between the oven front face and the door.
Avoiding Overcooking
If the oven is set to cook for more than 25 minutes, it will automatically adjust itself to 70 percent power after 25 minutes to prevent overcooking.
