Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Regular Cleaning
Keep the inside of the oven clean by wiping up spills immediately with a damp cloth and mild soap. This prevents food particles and spilled liquids from sticking to the oven walls and causing inefficiency.
Cleaning the Turntable and Roller Ring
Clean the turntable and roller ring regularly. Ensure they are positioned correctly. Remove and wash them in warm sudsy water or in the dishwasher to maintain optimal functionality.
Door Surface Maintenance
Use only mild, non-abrasive detergents applied with a clean sponge or soft cloth to clean the area where the door seals against the microwave. This prevents any damage to the sealing surfaces.
Exterior Cleaning
Clean the outside surface of the oven with soap and a damp cloth. Avoid using cleaners that contain ammonia or alcohol as they can damage the finish.
Avoid Operating When Empty
Never operate the oven without food inside as this can damage the magnetron tube or glass tray.
