Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Safety Interlocks
Do not attempt to operate the oven with the door open as it can lead to harmful exposure to microwave energy. Never defeat or tamper with the safety interlocks.
Professional Repairs
Never try to repair the oven yourself due to the presence of dangerous voltage inside. If repairs are needed, contact an authorized service center via 1-800-SAMSUNG.
Door and Seal Maintenance
Do not place objects between the oven's front face and the door. Ensure no soil or cleaner residue accumulates on the sealing surfaces to maintain proper door closure.
Avoid Operating with Damage
Do not operate the oven if it is damaged, particularly if the door, hinges, latches, or seals are compromised.
Cleaning and Care
Use mild, nonabrasive soaps or detergents with a sponge or soft cloth for cleaning. Keep the oven's interior clean to maintain efficiency and prevent paint damage.
