Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Regular Inspection
Periodically inspect the oven for any damages such as dents, broken door latches, or misaligned doors. If damage is found, do not operate the oven and contact an authorized service center.
Cleaning the Power Plug
Remove any foreign substances such as dust or water from the power plug terminals and contact points using a dry cloth on a regular basis to prevent electric shock or fire.
Avoid DIY Repairs
Never attempt to repair, disassemble, or modify the oven yourself. Dangerous voltage inside the oven can cause injury or death. Always contact a qualified service technician for repairs.
Proper Door Maintenance
Ensure the oven door closes properly and there is no damage to the door, hinges, latches, or seals. Do not place any objects between the door and the oven front face.
Use Safe Cleaning Methods
Use only mild, non-abrasive soaps or detergents with a sponge or soft cloth to clean door surfaces. Unplug the oven before cleaning to prevent electric shock.
