Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Oven.
Regular Cleaning
Keep the inside of the oven clean. Food particles or spattered oils stuck to the oven walls or floor can cause paint damage and reduce the efficiency of the oven. Use only mild, non-abrasive soaps, or detergents applied with a sponge or soft cloth.
Inspect Door and Seals
Make sure the door is closed securely. Check if any packaging material or anything else is stuck in the door seal. Ensure there is no damage to the door, hinges, and latches, as well as the sealing surface.
Avoid Repairs by Non-Professionals
The oven should not be adjusted or repaired by anyone except properly qualified service personnel. Never try to repair, disassemble, or modify the appliance yourself.
Proper Use of Accessories
Use only recommended cookware and utensils. Do not use foil unless specified, and if used, maintain at least one inch between the foil and the interior oven walls.
Check Power Supply
Ensure the plug is properly connected to a grounded outlet. If necessary, move the oven to its own circuit to prevent electrical issues.
