Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Vacuum Cleaner.
Power Off Before Maintenance
Ensure that the Power Switch is turned off and the vacuum cleaner is unplugged from the outlet before performing any maintenance to prevent electric shock or injury.
Regular HEPA Filter Cleaning
Check and clean the HEPA filter regularly to prevent clogging, which could lead to reduced suction power and increased noise levels.
Remove Foreign Substances
Regularly inspect and remove any foreign substances such as strings, paper, or toys from the suction inlet, power brush, and driving wheels to maintain optimal performance.
Avoid Thick Carpets
Do not use the robotic vacuum cleaner on thick carpets as it may result in operational issues and potential damage to the carpets.
Safe Location for Operation
Ensure the robotic vacuum cleaner is not stuck at entrances or veranda doorsills, as it will stop operating for safety reasons if it cannot move for more than five minutes.
