Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Vacuum Cleaner.
Regularly Empty the Dust Bin
Once dust reaches the dust full mark, or if suction is noticeably reduced during cleaning, empty the dust bin. Remove the dust bin by pressing the button, separate the cover, dispose of the dust, and reattach until you hear a 'click'.
Clean the Dust Pack
If suction is reduced, check and clean the dust pack. Remove the dust bin, take out the dust pack, remove the sponge and filter, wash them with water, and dry them for more than 12 hours before reassembling.
Maintain the Filters
Regularly check filters for clogging. Clean or replace filters as needed to maintain optimal suction and prevent overheating. Ensure filters are completely dry before reinserting them into the vacuum cleaner.
Avoid Blockages and Overheating
Regularly check for blockages in the hose and telescopic pipe. Avoid picking up hard, sharp objects and keep the vacuum away from heat sources to prevent damage.
Proper Storage
When storing, park the floor nozzle and ensure the vacuum is switched off and unplugged. Use the handle to carry the vacuum cleaner instead of the hose to prevent damage.
