Follow these easy steps to get your LG F1480RD(1~9) Dryer up and running in no time.

1. Removing Packing Materials

Remove the cardboard box and styrofoam packing. Lift the washing machine and remove the base packing.

2. Choosing a Location

Ensure the floor is level with a slope of less than 1°. The power outlet should be within 1.5 meters from the washer. Allow an additional clearance of 10cm at the rear and 2cm on each side.

3. Connecting the Water Supply

Attach the inlet hose to the water tap. Ensure it is connected securely to prevent leaks. If the washer has hot and cold water inlets, connect both hoses accordingly.

4. Leveling the Washer

Adjust the feet of the washer to ensure it is level. This prevents excessive vibration and noise during operation.

5. Connecting to Power

Plug the washer into a grounded power outlet. Do not overload the outlet with other appliances.

6. Removing Transit Bolts

Using the provided spanner, remove the four transit bolts from the back of the washer. Keep these bolts for future use.

7. Running a Test Cycle

Press the Power button to turn on the washer. Run a test cycle without any laundry to ensure the washer functions correctly.
