Follow these easy steps to get your Samsung DA99-02028A Refrigerator up and running in no time.

1. Choose an Appropriate Location

Do not install the refrigerator in a damp place or where it may come in contact with water, as this can deteriorate the insulation of electrical parts and cause an electric shock or fire.

2. Ensure Proper Ventilation

Allow clearance to the right, left, back, and top when installing. This will help reduce power consumption and keep your energy bills lower.

3. Avoid Low Temperatures

Do not install the refrigerator where the temperature will go below 50°F (10°C).

4. Set Up the Water Line

Join the other end of the install pipe to the main water supply and turn on the water to check for leaks. Only connect the water line to a drinkable water source. If you have to repair or disassemble the water line, cut off 6.5mm of the plastic tubing to ensure a snug, leak-free connection.

5. Check the Water Dispenser Line

Ensure the water storage tank inside the refrigerator is properly filled. Press the water dispenser lever until water runs from the water outlet.

6. Prime the Water Filter

After connecting the water supply to the water filter, turn your main water supply back on and dispense about 1L of water to clear and prime the water filter.

7. Install the Refrigerator Doors

Place doors on a protected surface to prevent scratching or damage. Be careful not to pinch the water tubing and wire harness on the door.
