1. Preparation
Ensure you have the necessary tools for installation: Phillips Head Driver(+), Flat Head Driver(-), Socket Wrench (10mm), Hex Wrench (4.75mm for Mid hinge), and Hex Wrench (4mm for Mid hinge shaft).
2. Positioning
Carefully move the refrigerator to its desired location. Ensure the front leveling legs are in the up position to avoid floor damage.
3. Removing Doors (if necessary)
If space is limited, remove the refrigerator doors. Use the appropriate tools to detach the Middle Hinge after removing screws and hex bolts. For drawer-type freezers (RB216, RB196), remove the Freezer door from the rails.
4. Leveling the Refrigerator
Adjust the control levers until they firmly touch the floor to ensure stability and prevent tipping. This is crucial for safety and proper operation.
5. Connecting the Water Line (if applicable)
Install the water line following the instructions in your manual. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.
6. Powering On
Plug the refrigerator into a proper power outlet. Make sure the connection is secure and the power is stable.
7. Initial Temperature Settings
Set the desired temperatures using the control panel. The default fridge temperature is 3ºC. Adjust as necessary for your needs.
8. Storing Food
Begin storing food once the refrigerator has reached the desired temperature. Organize items to maximize space and efficiency.
