Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Samsung Refrigerator.
Regular Cleaning
Clean the refrigerator regularly to prevent odor and bacterial growth. Use a mild detergent and damp cloth for the exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals that can damage the surface.
Check Temperature Settings
Ensure that the refrigerator and freezer compartments are set to the appropriate temperatures. The fridge should be set between 1ºC and 7ºC, while the freezer should be between -25ºC and -14ºC.
Proper Food Storage
Store food items in appropriate compartments to maintain freshness. Leave space between items for air circulation and ensure the freezer drawer is closed properly.
Level the Refrigerator
Ensure the refrigerator is level to prevent vibration and noise. Adjust the front leveling legs so that they touch the floor evenly.
Avoid Overloading
Do not overload the refrigerator with food. Excessive storage can block air vents and affect cooling efficiency.
