Vacuum cleaner won’t run

The vacuum cleaner is not operating because it is not properly plugged into the electrical outlet, the unit is not turned on, or there is no electricity in the outlet. Ensure that the vacuum cleaner is firmly plugged into a working electrical outlet. Press the on/off button to turn the unit on. If the outlet is not providing electricity, check the fuse or breaker.

Cleaner won’t pick up/ loss of suction

The vacuum cleaner is experiencing a loss of suction due to either an incorrectly installed dust bag, a full or blocked dust bag, or a clogged filter. Check and review the dust bag installation to ensure it is correctly placed. If the dust bag is full or blocked, replace it. For clogged filters, remove and clean or replace them with the appropriate models such as VCC-05 or HEPA VCC-07.
