Follow these easy steps to get your Samsung SU-2930 Vacuum Cleaner up and running in no time.

Attaching the Handle

Stand the vacuum upright and slide the base of the handle firmly into the grooves at the top of the vacuum body. Insert the screw provided into the existing hole. Tighten the screw securely with a screwdriver. Before securing the handle, please check that the handle is fitted to the vacuum body and make sure there’s no gap.

Attaching the Hose and Tools

Slide the extension wand and the crevice tool together into the storage clip. Attach the Mini Turbo Brush by putting the rib at the bottom of the Mini Turbo Brush on two hooks of the Handle. Snap the Mini Turbo Brush into place as shown.

Connecting the Hose

Line up the tabs on the base of the Twist Snap Hose with the corresponding notches on the hose collar as shown. Slide the end of the hose wand with tabs into the Hose Wand Base.

The Samsung SU-2930 comes with a Mini Turbo Brush that's perfect for zipping through small areas like stairs and upholstery. Just press gently to keep it spinning smoothly!

The Samsung SU-2930 Vacuum Cleaner has some known problems that occur often. Here are some easy to do solutions for the problems or error codes your Samsung might be giving you.

Cleaner won't run

The vacuum cleaner is not turning on. Ensure the unit is firmly plugged into a power source. Verify if there is voltage in the wall plug. Check and replace any blown fuses or reset tripped breakers. Clean any blocked or dirty filters as per manual instructions.

Poor job of dirt pickup

The vacuum cleaner is not effectively picking up dirt. Empty a full or clogged Dirt Cup and check for blockages. Replace any broken or worn belts.

Dust escapes the Dirt Cup

Dust is escaping from the dirt cup, indicating improper installation. Re-install the Dirt Cup properly.

Safety Instructions

Always unplug the vacuum cleaner before maintenance or when not in use to avoid electric shock. Do not use if the cord is damaged or if the vacuum has been dropped in water.

Operational Controls

The vacuum cleaner features an ON-OFF Power switch. It has multiple handle positions for storage, general operation on carpet and floors, and low positions for reaching under furniture.

Empty the Dirt Cup

Empty the Dirt Cup when the dirt reaches the 'Full' line on the side. Disconnect from the outlet, slide the Cyclone-Lever to 'Unlock', remove and empty the cup, then reattach and 'Lock'.

Check for Blockages

If you notice a change in the vacuum motor sound, check the hose and nozzle for blockages. Disconnect from the outlet before clearing any blockages.

Filter Maintenance

Do not operate the cleaner without the Pre-Motor and Post-Motor filters in place. The Hepa-Filter must be replaced when dirty as it is not washable.

Belt Check

The belt is crucial for the agitator's rotation. Check its condition regularly and replace if necessary for effective operation.
