Maintenance
Check out our tips to prevent many common issues and extend the life of your Zanussi Dryer.
Remove Objects from Pockets
Ensure all objects such as lighters and matches are removed from pockets before drying. This prevents potential fire hazards and damage to the dryer.
Use Cool Down Cycle
Never stop the dryer before the end of the drying cycle unless all items are quickly removed and spread out to dissipate the heat. The final part of a cycle occurs without heat to ensure items are left at a safe temperature.
Deactivate and Unplug Before Maintenance
Before any maintenance, deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket to ensure safety.
Avoid Sitting or Standing on Door
Do not sit or stand on the open dryer door to prevent damage to the appliance.
Avoid Drying Dripping Wet Clothes
Do not place dripping wet clothes in the dryer as it can lead to inefficient drying and potential damage.
